Heartfelt Offerings

These group Meditation and Sound Bath sessions are wonderful to experience a taste of sound healing. Working in group consciousness can be very powerful, particularly when sounding together! Working in group, we are more able to quiet the monkey mind, and with the addition of the Quartz Crystal bowls, we can go even deeper within. Currently held in Sydney (Berowra) on a regular monthly basis, I am so happy to be supporting my local community with this powerful inner awareness tool, meditation, intention/focus plus sound.

Sessions involve a short meditation to clear the mind and relax the body, then laying down to receive the high frequency Sound Bath with instruments and song.

In 2023, we ran the Alchemy Chakra Series, a gentle illumination of the 7 primary chakras, one per month, through meditation, intention and sound.

Alchemy of the Senses Sound and Energy healing sessions

As a Sound Channel, I tune into what your soul needs in that moment to support you for your highest evolution and growth. I always work through my heart and from my Higher Self, Divine Presence and Angels. Many experience energetic shifts during the session itself, and/or feel lighter within themselves to be open to receiving their own guidance more clearly, during or after the session. 

I am truly passionate about supporting each person to open more fully to their own magnificence and inherent gifts. 

These sessions are each uniquely created and guided, but all will have elements of the following: 

From the moment you descend the steps through the beautiful garden, you will be held in a nurturing and loving space.

• Intention setting for the Sound Bath – be heard, as I support you to create powerful intentions for the session.
•  Chakra clearing and balancing with sound and light language to support the smooth flow of energy in your being for health and vitality.
• Feel a shift in your frequency as you are immersed in healing sound from the crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes and channelled soul song and light language to clear energy blockages, activate or integrate energy as required.
•  Release old limiting thought patterns in a supportive and nourishing environment.
•  A delight for the senses as your whole being is gently enriched by the fragrance of essential oils, purifying sound and the visual beauty of the surrounds. 
• These sessions are also offered remotely for your convenience.
• Pre and post session discussions are included and support greater understanding of the session.

Deluxe Energy and Sound Healing session

$150

These sessions are complimented by a cleansing foot bath with pure essential oils to relax you as you sit, given before the energy session. Then following the energy session, be deeply grounded by a nourishing foot massage with a beautiful Heart Activation Oil. 

This luxurious treatment, combined with the energy and sound healing session, will leave you totally relaxed, nourished and uplifted!
